Lately, we’ve been focusing strongly on building relationships with the academic and educational community — we believe that engaging with future talent is a key step toward sustainable growth. 🌾

This time, the Unia Grains team from our Kąty Wrocławskie plant took on the role of Unia Group ambassadors during the Job Fair at the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław.

What are we particularly proud of? That thanks to the strength of our Group, we can offer attractive career paths across different regions of Poland — from Lower Silesia to Pomerania — at all four of our locations: Słupsk, Grudziądz, Brzeg, and Kąty Wrocławskie. This gives each candidate the opportunity to develop their career close to home or in a region where they want to grow professionally.

We had many meaningful conversations with students who understand the industry not only in theory but also in practice — many come from farming families, making them particularly promising candidates who are already familiar with the realities of the agricultural sector. 🚜

We also had inspiring discussions with professors and researchers specializing in plant protection — conversations we hope to continue as part of future scientific collaborations.
