At the UNIA Grains plant in Kąty Wrocławskie, an ISO 9001:2015 audit was conducted on 8–10 December 2025. The audit was carried out by DEKRA Sp. z o.o.
The scope of certification included, among others, sales and customer order handling, production, assembly, acceptance and commissioning, as well as servicing of facilities for grain storage, drying, and processing, implemented through a project-based approach supported by the organization’s Quality Management System.
One of the elements of the audit was a client visit to a newly constructed facility in the village of Rozkochów, in the Opole region. The auditor directly assessed compliance with requirements against the Quality Management System documentation.
The three-day audit included a detailed verification of:
-
design documentation,
-
delivery and materials documentation (including control from the stage of receiving steel coils),
-
production processes,
-
welding of structural elements,
-
on-site assembly.
A key part of the process was the visit to the UNIA Grains facility in Rozkochów, where auditors were able to directly evaluate the quality of assembly, compliance with documentation, and the correctness of execution of critical components of the facility.
The Rozkochów facility is an example of an investment in which design, production, assembly, and quality documentation form a coherent, integrated process. As a result, the farm gained a modern, scalable, and future-ready drying and storage complex, while UNIA Grains successfully completed another step toward ISO 9001:2015 certification.
