DS.CS – Continuous grain dryer is a modern and efficient continuous dryer for grains, including corn, cereals, and oilseed and legume seeds. Equipped with a centroseparator, it effectively reduces dust throughout the dryer while ensuring a stable and uniform drying process. The dryer’s capacity ranges from 270 to 2,100 tons of wheat per day, with burners from 800 to 6,000 kW, depending on the model.

Unia Grains offers 8 DS.CS models, allowing precise adaptation to individual production needs. Optional features include burners for natural gas, LPG, or light fuel oil, a centroseparator silencer, and modular heating zone configuration.

The DS.W and DS.CW dryers are modern industrial solutions designed for drying grains, corn, oilseeds, and legumes, created with large-scale enterprises in mind. Depending on the model, DS.W dryers can process from 220 to 1,700 tons of wheat per day, providing a stable and uniform drying process.

The DS.CW version, based on the DS.W design, further reduces dust emissions with CW cyclo-fans, enhancing workplace safety and meeting high environmental standards. The dryers also offer a wide range of burners, allowing the equipment to be tailored to the type of grain and the specifics of the installation.
