Thick flat sheet metal walls provide a very stable, durable, and deformation-resistant structure. The flat sheet metal minimizes dust and grain deposition on the silo's interior walls. Specially sealed connections of the side walls and bolted elements ensure the silo shell is airtight, preventing water from entering. All bolts and washers are galvanized (class 8.8 and 10.9) and additionally coated with a special anti-corrosion coating. The flat-bottom silos feature an active grain ventilation system. A turbovent exhaust head on the roof, vents, blowers, and ventilation channels ensure that grain once poured does not need to be moved from silo to silo. The extraction system and the self-cleaning effect achieved by the use of flat sheet metal make the silo easy to keep clean. The flat-bottom silos are made of high-quality Swedish steel. The silo structure is covered with corrosion-resistant sheet metal.
