DryTech dryers from the DT15–DT25 series are the perfect solution for farms and companies seeking the best balance between high performance and operational efficiency. Thanks to a multi-stage heat recovery system and the innovative design of the drying column, the process runs evenly, with low energy and fuel consumption, which directly translates into reduced operating costs.

Each grain goes through a safe, controlled process – without overheating or loss of nutritional value. The application of advanced control algorithms ensures that the dryer automatically adjusts its operating parameters to the type and moisture level of the raw material.

With full automation and an online remote monitoring system, the operator can control the unit from a smartphone, tablet, or computer, greatly increasing both comfort and safety of use. This solution not only saves time but also provides continuous control over the efficiency and costs of the drying process.

The compact, modular design of the DT15–DT25 series allows for easy adaptation to existing storage infrastructures, making it an excellent choice both for individual farmers and trading companies engaged in grain collection.

  • Stable, gentle drying process

    The stability of the drying process has a significant impact on efficiency and cost savings. Grain is dried under uniform, consistent conditions, even at high throughputs and varying drying speeds across different grain types. This minimizes the risk of overheating and loss of nutritional value.

  • High corrosion resistance

    The dryers’ components are made from high-quality galvanized sheet steel, ensuring structural durability and effective corrosion protection for many years of operation. Using a state-of-the-art Trumpf TC5000 Sheet Master punch press at our Kąty Wrocławskie production facility, every detail is processed with the highest precision and without surface damage. This guarantees not only a refined finish, but also enhanced resistance to atmospheric and chemical factors. The advanced manufacturing process eliminates errors and ensures consistent, top-quality components that meet stringent durability standards.

     

  • Air recirculation system

    In conventional dryers, all air that has passed through the grain is expelled outside—along with the heat that was previously generated. This requires constant reheating of fresh air, resulting in significant energy loss.

    DryTech dryers feature an air recirculation system. Part of the hot, humid air, instead of being vented out, is returned to the airflow and directed back into the drying section. There, it is mixed with newly heated air from the burner. This solution significantly reduces fuel consumption, improves thermal efficiency, and lowers operating costs.

  • Continuous operation

    The grain flows through the dryer in a continuous process, passing through the intake, drying, cooling, and discharge zones

    An intelligent algorithm adjusts the dryer’s operation to the type of grain and its moisture content.

Unia Grains is building the foundations of food security in Tanzania

In Tanzania, we built three modern complexes with a total capacity of 77,000 tons. Thanks to collaboration with the Tanzanian government and the Polish Ministry of Finance, we designed, manufactured, and commissioned infrastructure that reduced post-harvest losses by as much as 40%. This investment has a real impact on food security and the development of local communities. And for us, it proves that quality and technology have no limits.
