Thanks to columns with more levels and powerful burner systems (up to 11,400 kW) and fans, these models achieve capacities of several thousand tons per day – practically eliminating bottlenecks during intense harvest periods. Every grain, regardless of quantity, undergoes even, gentle, and fully controlled drying, ensuring the highest possible commercial quality of each batch.

Industrial DryTech dryers also feature excellent thermal insulation and noise reduction, enhancing operator comfort and minimizing energy losses. Operators have access to advanced remote monitoring, reporting, and online diagnostic systems – essential for managing such large facilities.

DT Grain dryer and storage facility with 52,800 tons capacity.

For Cedrob S.A., we built a modern warehouse and drying facility with a total capacity of 52,800 tons. We designed and implemented the complete infrastructure, from foundations, through silos and drying rooms, to automated grain transport. This investment not only provided Cedrob with greater storage capacity, but also enhanced raw material stability and operational safety.
