Continuous-Operation Dryers – DS.W and DS.CW

The DS.W and DS.CW dryers are modern solutions for drying corn, cereals, oilseeds, legumes, and other grains. Our offer includes 12 DS.W models and 12 DS.CW models, differing in capacity and configuration, allowing each dryer to be tailored to the specific needs of any installation.

Equipped with professionally selected burners with a capacity ranging from 800 kW to 5,500 kW, these dryers achieve wheat drying capacities from 220 to 1,700 tons per day. The design ensures stable control of the drying process, flexible adjustment of heating parameters, and uniform grain distribution, minimizing moisture deviations.

The DS.CW version is a variant of the standard DS.W, equipped with CW cyclo-fans, which significantly reduce dust emissions during drying, making it an ideal solution for installations that require high environmental standards.
