Comprehensive solutions for grain storage, drying, cleaning and conveying.
The UNIA Grains Farmer Line has been developed for farms and facilities that want to store grain safely, streamline its handling and gain better control over individual stages of the technological process. Our solutions can include a single silo or a complete system combining storage, conveying, drying, cleaning and monitoring of storage conditions.
The core range includes FARMA flat-bottom silos, FARMA PREMIUM hopper-bottom silos and KARMA feed silos. The system can also be equipped with OBI batch dryers, AGA bucket elevators, CUG air cleaners, SUN drum cleaners, as well as equipment for loading and unloading material.
FARMA flat-bottom silos are designed for storing dry cereal grain, rapeseed, maize, pulses and other bulk materials. The available models allow storage capacity to be matched to the scale of the investment, while the aeration system and temperature monitoring options support control of grain storage conditions.
FARMA PREMIUM hopper-bottom silos are designed for installations where efficient silo emptying is important. The hopper-bottom design enables gravity discharge of the stored material.
KARMA silos are designed for storing grain meal, dry feed mixtures – both granulated and loose – as well as bran, wood chips and pellets of various origins.

The Farmer Line makes it possible to combine storage with subsequent stages of grain handling. Depending on requirements, the system can include AGA bucket elevators, OBI batch dryers, CUG air cleaners and SUN drum cleaners.
Individual machines can work together as part of a single technological line covering grain reception, conveying, cleaning, drying, storage and unloading. This allows the solution to be configured according to the organisation of work and the requirements of a specific investment.
Safe storage does not end when the silo is filled. FARMA silos can work with grain aeration systems and temperature monitoring solutions.
Available solutions include temperature probes with a manual reader, as well as continuous temperature monitoring with remote access and SMS notifications. This makes it easier to monitor conditions inside the silo and respond to temperature changes.
Every investment has different requirements. System selection should take into account the quantity and type of stored material, the loading and unloading method, the need for drying or cleaning, and the organisation of material conveying between individual machines.
