We completed a modern grain storage and drying facility for MRMAX Sp. z o.o., a rapidly growing company operating in the grain trading and processing sector. The facility is designed to support corn procurement operations and ensure efficient handling of high seasonal throughput.

Scope of Supply

• 5 × SF 16.8/19 flat-bottom silos
• 1 × DryTech DT4040 grain dryer
• 2 × SFL 9.2/16 hopper-bottom silos with 45° hopper cones
• 1 × CZB 1605 grain cleaner
• Bucket elevators
• Chain conveyors

The facility was designed to provide high grain intake capacity and efficient operation during peak harvest periods. It is equipped with two receiving pits with a total intake capacity of 200 t/h, supported by a complete grain handling system based on chain conveyors and bucket elevators.

The total storage capacity of the installation is approximately 23,000 tonnes. The storage complex includes five SF 16.8/19 flat-bottom silos manufactured from corrugated steel sheets and equipped with side discharge outlets, increasing operational flexibility and improving grain dispatch and segregation logistics. The facility also incorporates two SFL 9.2/16 hopper-bottom silos manufactured from corrugated steel sheets.

A key element of the project is the DryTech DT4040 grain dryer, offering a drying capacity of approximately 1,200 tonnes per 24 hours (for maize moisture reduction from 15% to 13%), ensuring efficient processing of incoming grain. The facility is further supported by a CZB 1605 grain cleaner with a capacity of 240 t/h.

The entire installation forms a modern and highly efficient grain receiving, drying, and storage center, designed to meet growing market demands and support the continued development of the investor's business.
