We are pleased to present another successful project that demonstrates a long-term partnership built and strengthened over the years. Emarol Ewa Szymańska-Lip, based in Dworek, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland, has consistently invested in the development of its grain storage and drying infrastructure, relying on proven UNIA GRAINS solutions.

The company operates across several business sectors, with its core activities focused on agriculture. Its main areas of business include the wholesale and retail supply of fertilizers, feed, seeds and crop production products, as well as grain storage and warehousing services.

As part of the facility expansion, UNIA GRAINS supplied and commissioned:

• 2 × DT 4028 grain dryers, each with a capacity of 33 t/h when drying maize from 30% to 15% moisture, equivalent to 775 t/day per dryer,
• 1 × DT 1520 grain dryer with a capacity of 9 t/h, or approximately 205 t/day, when drying maize from 30% to 15% moisture,
• 2 × SF 2.9/20 storage silos,
• 1 × SFL KP 4.6/4 silo.

The facility offers a total storage capacity of approximately 15,800 tonnes. The silos are equipped with side discharge outlets, improving operational flexibility and streamlining material handling.

The expansion significantly increased the facility's grain receiving capacity. The original installation handled 60 t/h, while the upgraded facility now achieves 100 t/h. In addition, the site features three grain intake pits, ensuring efficient grain reception, especially during peak harvest periods.
